Cafe Dolly, a simple cafe located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle was opened by Jacqueline Nguyen, a young pastry chef. Jacqueline was born and raised in Portland Oregon. She attended and graduated The Oregon Culinary Institute. Fresh out of Culinary school Jacqueline moved to Seattle and went straight to work in other cafe's around the city of Seattle. Cafe Dolly is the result of her hard work and experiences.
Cafe Dolly stands for delicious food made from the beautifully produced local products of Washington and Oregon. The Cafe places great importance on being connected with the community and is a large supporter of "Local and Sustainable" which is why the location of Ballard is perfect as there are many opportunitiestopurchase locally, such as the farmers market.
